Hi, I'm Mark and was born in 1972 in Nordhorn, Germany. I studied economics, sociology, and communication design in Cologne and Bochum, graduating with a diploma in photo design, and later attended the Ostkreuz School of Photography in Berlin. Together with my family I live and work close to the North Sea and am involved in cultural projects as a non-professional photographer of travel & people.
Some of my pictures and visual stories had been published through: ARD Television, Deutscher Fachverlag, Hubert Burda Media, NDR Television, Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung, ProSiebenSat.1 Media, Reader's Digest, Roadrunner Records, Rockhard Magazin, RTL Television, Wirtschaftsblatt and many more ...
I participated in two book projects of Freelens together with dpunkt-Verlag: Ein Tag Deutschland and Mahlzeit, Deutschland!
